F. Steeves Hopson III

F. Steeves Hopson, III was born in Laredo, TX and grew up in San Antonio, TX with his mother and two sisters. Steeves attended Churchill High School. He then went on to study Public Relations and Business Foundations at The University of Texas at Austin. As a college senior, Steeves worked for Texas State Representative Richard Peña Raymond. He then attended The University of Texas School of Law to join the family profession.

Steeves spent a short time practicing employment law before becoming an Assistant District Attorney at the Webb-Zapata County District Attorney’s Office, where he honed his trial skills. During his time as a prosecutor, Steeves prosecuted a variety of crimes before eventually working in the Special Victims Unit, where he fought for victims of child and sexual abuse. Since then, Steeves has applied those skills to fighting for Plaintiffs in their times of greatest need with compassion, empathy and creativity. His philosophy is simple: prepare every case for trial from the start to show defendants he is ready and willing to go to the courthouse for his clients. Steeves is also fluent in Spanish and has a deep respect and love for Latino cultures. 

In his spare time, Steeves enjoys hanging out with his dog, Lobo, watching college football, attending concerts and exploring new places.

Steeves is a member of the Texas Trial Lawyers Association, Houston Trial Lawyers Association and Hispanic Bar Association of Houston.

Steeves Hopson III, nació en Laredo, TX y creció en San Antonio, TX con su madre y dos hermanas. Steeves asistió a la preparatoria Churchill High School. Luego estudió Relaciones Públicas y Fundamentos de Negocios en la Universidad de Texas en Austin. Como estudiante universitario, Steeves trabajó para el Representante Estatal de Texas Richard Peña Raymond. Posteriormente, asistió a la Facultad de Derecho de la Universidad de Texas para unirse a la profesión familiar.

Steeves pasó poco tiempo practicando derecho laboral antes de convertirse en Fiscal Asistente en la Oficina del Fiscal del Distrito del Condado de Webb-Zapata, donde perfeccionó sus habilidades de juicio. Durante su tiempo como fiscal, Steeves procesó una variedad de delitos antes de trabajar finalmente en la Unidad de Víctimas Especiales, donde luchó por las víctimas de abuso infantil y sexual. Desde entonces, Steeves ha aplicado esas habilidades para luchar por los demandantes en sus momentos de mayor necesidad con compasión, empatía y creatividad. Su filosofía es sencilla: prepararse en cada caso para el juicio cuidando cada detalle para mostrar a los demandados que está listo y dispuesto a ir al juzgado por sus clientes. Steeves también habla español con fluidez y tiene un profundo respeto y amor por las culturas latinas.

En su tiempo libre, a Steeves le gusta pasar tiempo con su perro, Lobo, ver fútbol americano universitario, asistir a conciertos y explorar nuevos lugares.
